At booking we collect name, email, and phone number. No account is created. Payment is handled separately via GCash or cash — we don't store payment card details.
02Why we collect it
To send your reservation confirmation, contact you about your booking, and verify your GCash payment.
03Cookies & analytics
We use minimal analytics to understand site traffic. No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking.
04Sharing
We don't sell your data. We use a trusted email-delivery provider to send confirmations; no other third parties have access.
05Retention
Booking records are retained for approximately one year for record-keeping. After that they are deleted.
06Security
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Only authorised staff can access reservation records.
07Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data anytime by reaching out via our Facebook page.
08Children
Our services are intended for adults and minors with parental consent. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
09International
Data is processed in the Philippines and may be processed by our email provider in other jurisdictions.
10Changes
This policy may be updated. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
